ABOUT THE SESSION:

It's that time of year. The holidays are here. Come join NYCBTA to celebrate the holidays. The NYC chapter will be hosting a Holiday Networking Mix and Jingle Event on December 8th from 7PM - 10PM at the Sheraton New York Times Square.

The NYC Toys for Tots campaign has officially begun! COVID-19 will not stop the United States Marines!

Help NYCBTA support Toys for Tots this Holiday Season by bringing an unwrapped gift to the party. Make sure to get here in time so you can be a part of the campaign with the United States Marines! There will be full, premium open bar along with passed hors d'oeuvres to help you fill your belly and get in the holiday spirit.  While festive attire is not mandatory, it is encouraged.

TOYS FOR TOTS COVID-19 SAFETY
Due to Covid-19 there are a few procedures set in place to protect everyone that comes in contact with each other.

• Mask's must be worn at all times when visiting any of the disclosed locations on and off the website in regards to Toys for Tots and or Marines.

• Marines will always follow the safety guidelines mandated by the State to ensure the safety you and your loved ones. Thank you for your understanding and support.

The Sheraton New York Times Square policy is as follows:

• The Hotel has implemented actions to promote social distancing in public spaces, including but not limited to the lobby, elevators and restrooms as well as the Library Café and Bar in the main lobby. 

• All guests visiting New York City as well as our own associates are required to wear face masks.

• The Hotel has reconfigured furniture, guest markings, stanchions, and where appropriate incorporated plexi-glass safety protection where there would be face to face interactions, such as the front desk, bell desk, security check-points and the café.

• Digital signage with key communication is displayed at the front desk, and distancing decals have been applied in areas where lines may form, such as the check-in area and the café

• To limit face to face contact between the guests and our staff, the hotel will deliver various requested items via "knock-and-deliver" service. This includes items such as coffee and additional towels, where the delivery will be hung on the door handle in a package.

• Customers should review government guidance to confirm eligibility to travel & stay at hotel. See travelguidance.marriott.com. Face coverings are required in all indoor public areas.
