Christina Martinez Reichelt -
Senior Director, Global Client Team at BCD Travel

Christina is currently Senior Director, Global Client Team at BCD Travel.  She brings with her a wealth of knowledge on global travel programs and travel management from multiple perspectives.  Previously, Christina served on the global team at World Travel, Inc, where she honed her skills in relationship management and partner relationships.  At various points in her career, Christina has worked in TMC sales, online booking, and implementation capacities.  This varied background gives her a unique perspective to look at corporate travel in a holistic manner.  Always learning and growing, Christina thrives on developing a deep understanding of processes and procedures to identify the best options for her clients and think outside the box.    

Active in the travel industry, Christina serves as co-chair of the WINiT by GBTA 1:1 Mentorship Program and has also been twice honored by WINiT in 2019 (Top 40 Women in Travel) and 2021 (Top 50 Women in Travel).  She has also co-chaired the GBTA Ladders Mentor Program and currently sits on their Advisory Board. Among her favorite leisure activities are planning her next trip, cooking (and eating!), Disney, and theater.

Jane Pearsall is a global sales executive with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Pearsall joined BWH Hotel Group in June 2010 as a Sales Manager for Worldwide Sales Business Travel and was promoted to Senior Manager and then Associate Director and now Director, Worldwide Sales, Global Business Travel to take on more of a global role for BWH Hotel Group Business Travel Accounts. She has experience in the hospitality industry in domestic and international sales on a global level including leadership roles in Sales & Marketing for Marriott, Motown Café’s, WWF Restaurant, Hampshire Hotels and most recently Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Pearsall has been affiliated with Best Western in the past with Hampshire Hotels as a Franchisee out of New York City.  While with Hampshire Hotels, she was very active with the Best Western Tri-State Co-op Marketing Committee. Pearsall currently serves on the Board for the GBTA New York City Business Travel Association as Director of Venues, HSMAI Greater New York Chapter Board as Director of Socials and has been involved with WINiT as a Founding Leader, Event & Conference Planning Committee. The past 2 years served on the GBTA WINiT Mentoring Committee as Co-Chair.
