GBTA Ladders: Defining and Articulating Value
ABOUT THE SESSION:
Ladders, GBTA’s unique volunteer mentoring program, connects successful business travel industry leaders with rising business travel professionals and creates a collective opportunity for collaboration, mentorship, and talent development. Each year, the Ladders mentor-led teams engage in a project-based competition that brings diverse people and industry sectors together to push forward a project built around a theme. This year, even though everything was different, proved no match for the Ladders Team.
We are proud to announce the 2020 competition Team Winner – “Loud and Proud.” Join this webinar to see the Loud and Proud team’s idea of a plugin/app solution, Plan-It, gives travelers a platform to remind and record commitments to travel more sustainability. This concept was created to emphasize that the corporate travel industry should broaden its definition of value - to not only include cost reduction and the importance of revenue growth - but also to encompass the emotional side of travel. In addition to the winning team’s presentation, the session will conclude with information on how to get involved in the 2020-2021 season and what the Ladders’ leadership team has in store.
